What Miracles Are You Expecting?
Feb 04, 2022Matthew 9:29-30 - Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”; and their sight was restored.
Have you ever mustered up the courage to go after a God-sized dream?
Something so amazing, that without a miracle from God, it would simply be impossible?
An Ephesians 3:20 sized dream?
- More than all that we dare ask or think?
- Infinitely beyond your greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams?
The dream job? With the dream income?
To finally start that purpose-driven business?
To live debt free in that dream home?
To do something with your life that matters deeply to you?
I want to share a simple response from Jesus to you. It’s found in Matthew 9:29-30 …
“According to your faith let it be done to you”
Jesus was speaking to a blind man. He had the faith for a miracle, and his sight was restored.
The same offer is available to you. If you can find a biblical promise, God will provide the miracle.
James 1:17 NIV - Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
Isaiah 45:2 NIV - I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.
What miracles are you expecting?
What dreams have you thought about giving up on, because without a miracle, there’s just no way. The obstacles are too great.
If you live in fear, you’ll expect the worst from life. If you live in faith, you can expect His very best.
Friend, don’t give up! Don’t abandon your dreams. The dream is from God. He won’t abandon you.
When you believe in God for miracles, why are you so surprised when God allows you to be in a position to require one?
This is God’s way of doing things. Your obstacles are opportunities for God’s miracles. He will turn your scars into stars.
Just focus on this biblical promise …
Matthew 9:29-30 - Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”; and their sight was restored.
God is in it, to win it — with you!
