Two ways to wait on God.

There are two ways to wait on God.

But you must know the difference between the two.

Both require patience and faith. Here’s how it works with me for my business and personal life.

I make a request to God, like for a RevOps strategy to produce certain results. I receive it by faith (take possession) and then wait on God to make good on His promise. 

Often while I’m waiting, the results are lacking.

#1 When God is waiting on me to do something: I go to God and ask Him if there is something I need to change. If there is, I make the adjustment. This could be a behavior thing or a RevOps strategy thing.

#2 When God’s timing is different from mine: When God instructs me to be more patient in faith. But continue the course.

See the difference?

With scenario #1, God’s waiting on me to seek and find, and then make the change.

In scenario #2, I just have to wait longer, it’s not time yet. (the pie’s still in the oven)

This is why it’s so important to know the difference between the two.
