There are two Biblical truths I see played out with unsuccessful entrepreneurs.

When what they are doing isn't working, they change what they are doing.

Sounds good, right?

pivot. pivot. pivot.

But when the pivots don't work, they always return to what they were doing before, which also wasn't working.

So they become clouds without rain. (and broke as a joke)

Why?

Because a dog always returns to its vomit.

Both of these truths are from the book of wisdom, Proverbs.

~ Proverbs 25:14 & Proverbs 26:11-12 

What's really going on here?

Their very best thinking has produced their unspectacular results.

Happens to all of us. But don't just change your doing, you must change your thinking. 

Your present way of thinking drives your doing, and your doing drives your results.

You can change your doing all you'd like, but unless you are willing to change "the thinking behind the doing", you end up with the same results no matter what you try.

So what can you do?

Ask God to change the way that you think. But this only happens when you dedicate time with Him and in His Word.

There is no other way.

Just sayin'.
