Trouble is Ahead.
May 25, 2022A great recession is coming ... THIS YEAR.

(here's your choice)
If you've been watching the news, inflation, gas prices, interest rates, housing market slow down, shortages ... like me you probably get the sense our economy is getting worse, not better.
And remember ==>>> 𝗝𝗢𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧!!
When the Roe Vs Wade decision drops, you can expect riots and looting.
And then right before the elections, more covid/monkey-pox restrictions.
So, things are about to get worse.
But also remember that in every down market, it creates conditions those in-the-know leverage to prosper and thrive.
Every savvy investor understands this. Buy low (when times are bad) ... sell high (when times are good).
So I've been going to the Lord asking Him to prepare me ... so I can thrive even through the recession.
After all, heaven isn't in a recession. The promises of God aren't connected to only the good times.
All throughout the scriptures, God prospered His people through the toughest of times.
His people were set-apart. We are set-apart
In Genesis, the Bible starts out with a command for His People to be fruitful and multiply.
Later in Genesis (chap 26), a great famine hits. An economic meltdown.
God instructs Issac to plant seeds right during the famine. With no water, in a time when nothing will grow.
In this next economic meltdown, God is looking for a people who will be willing to have this bold obedience, even when the odds are stacked against you.
Issac planted crops in that land, right in a miserable famine, and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the Lord blessed Him.
God did something similar with Joseph. He gave Joseph a famine strategy. Joseph was obedient and God prospered him and his people right through famine. Joseph's (God's) strategy created great wealth.
>> "It's because God made me fruitful in the land of His suffering."
So famine is coming. In America and throughout the world.
Dump the just-survive mentality.
- God is with you
- God will NEVER forsake you
- God has made a covenant with you
- God's 6000 plus biblical promises are still in effect
>> The economy doesn't have to be booming for God to bless you.
Ask God for the foresight to be fruitful and multiply right in the midst of an economic downturn.
- Ask Him to bless all the works of your hands.
- Ask God to bring you into abundant prosperity.
- Ask God for the Abundance of Jesus.
In His presence, soak your thoughts and words with His abundant promises.
Then Get Ready for an abundant harvest. Ask God to show you what "being-ready" looks like. Then get prepared.
