Stay frosty. Don't give fear a voice in your life. Speak only what you believe in faith. 

When any thought comes into your mind that is contrary to God's Biblical promises, the ones you have received by faith ... 

Do this.

Capture that thought (isolate it) and make it obedient to Christ. 

(Refuse to allow any doubt, fear or worry to exist in your life)

Resist the thought by speaking God's Word. When you do, satan, who is behind ALL doubt, fear and worry thoughts — must flee.

When you speak, that thought stops.

Count to ten silently in your mind. In the middle of your counting say your name out loud.

Do you see what happens? It's impossible to do both at the same time. 

Your thinking will always shift to what you are saying. Your mouth is your rudder. Your thinking will always follow what you speak.

So when any thought that is contrary to God's Word enters your thinking, that's how you resist it.

#1 - We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we TAKE CAPTIVE every thought to make it obedient to Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:5)

#2 - Submit yourselves, then, to God. RESIST the devil, and HE WILL FLEE from you. (James 4:7)

The Word of God is your weapon, use it. Put on the full armor. (Eph 6)

Be locked and loaded. Stay alert.
