Manure For Your Growth
Sep 21, 2022I'd like to dissect this reality as a Kingdom entrepreneur ... Failure.
It's inevitable, painful, and manure for your growth.
Success is failure turned inside out. And every entrepreneur who has experienced much success understands this intimately.
Failure is part of the path to success, it's figuring out what doesn't work so you can know what does. As long as you learn from it, each failure takes you one step closer to success.
I call this cracking-the-code.
As a serial entrepreneur, I've learned to be patient with failure, knowing that I'm on the path to success. I've had to learn to be content, no matter my circumstances, choosing to live above them.
This requires that I bulletproof my mind with faith in God's promises, a victor mentality. It's an attitude that governs my contentment.
Philippians 4:11-13 - Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
Learning to be content, while failing, is something deliberately cultivated by our faith. But understand, being content is not being complacent.
It's not waiting around and doing nothing. It's not maintaining the status quo. Contentment is never quitting, no matter the obstacle.
Contentment is your commitment to continuing walking forward, no matter the obstacle.
Never. Ever. Quit.
