He Has A Plan.

Jun 28, 2022

Philippians 4:12 AMP - I know how to get along and live humbly [in difficult times], and I also know how to enjoy abundance and live in prosperity. In any and every circumstance I have learned the secret [of facing life], whether well-fed or going hungry, whether having an abundance or being in need.

Everyone knows being a Christ-Follower isn't living life on easy-street. Rather its living life knowing no matter what you are going through — God has a plan to prosper you.

You see, biblical prosperity is a state of mind, not a net worth.

Same thing with the poverty-mindset, it's a way of thinking.

There was a time in my life when I lost everything. My 10 year old son Alec's life, my businesses, homes, cars, and savings.

It got so bad I was reduced to nine dollars in my bank account.

But I had a prosperity-mind, NOT a poverty-mind. I stood faithfully on God's promises to restore me. And He did ... wonderfully.

God is the God of the mountains and the valleys. If you want a Joseph's Anointing on your life, you'll have to be able to walk the Joseph journey.

That means you'll have to spend some time in the pit and the prison before you get to the palace.

But the story of Joseph isn't a story of surviving. Rather it's a story of thriving.

For me, Philippians 4:12 is the perfect scripture for balance in life.

Though we will all experience good times and bad times, the secret to the Kingdom of God is learning to live life without fear.

This is the prosperity mindset — when you know, that you know, that you know — God is with you, He will never forsake you, and He ALWAYS has a plan to prosper you.

Just ask Job. He got double for all his trouble.
