If you can’t answer these three questions

→ your startup isn’t ready for growth

When startups pitch me, I ask three simple questions:

#1 - What’s your 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 strategy?
#2 - What’s your 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 strategy?
#3 - What’s your 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 win rate strategy?

If they can’t answer, it’s a problem. 𝗔 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗲.

Without deep strategies for all three
They’ll struggle with customer acquisition

Landing customers
And generating revenue

→ And if they don’t have clear, systemized answers
→ 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲

🔥 Demand Generation Strategy → How are you creating market pull before selling? The best startups don’t just chase customers—they get customers chasing them.

🚀 Lead Generation Strategy → What’s your system for turning demand into leads? If you don’t have predictable lead flow, you don’t have a business—you have a hobby.

💰 Sales Pipeline Win Rate Strategy → How do you move prospects from interest to signed deals? A pipeline full of leads means nothing if they don’t close. I want to hear about your conversion rates, sales cycles, and deal velocity.
