π—‘π˜‚π—Ίπ—―π—²π—Ώ 𝗧𝗡𝗿𝗲𝗲 - Your Customer Segments who have the problem and are willing to pay you to solve it. (Think sub-niche, narrow it way down)

π—‘π˜‚π—Ίπ—―π—²π—Ώ π—™π—Όπ˜‚π—Ώ - Your Customer Channels where you will reach this very specific sub-niche. (Think social media, SEO, etc...)

If this foundation is wrong, and 90% of the time it is, nothing you do will work.

When it's wrong, everything else is lipstick on the pig.
