Ephesians 6:12 NIV - For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
I've never denied that trouble has existed in my life — but I deny it's right to destroy me. But before you can win any battle, you have to identify who is behind the attack.
What does the Word say about trouble:
- Psalm 34:19
- 1 Peter 4:12-13
Your trouble is temporary:
- 1 Peter 1:6
- 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
God promises to be with you:
- 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
Why does God allow trouble:
- James 1:2
- Romans 5:3-5
- Romans 8-28
How do we survive trouble, but also thrive as a result of it:
- 2 Corinthians 1:4
- Philippians 4:6
- 2 Corinthians 10:5
- Peter 5:7
- Psalm 55:22
Tribulation ... leads to Perseverance
Perseverance ... leads to Character
Character ... leads to Hope
Hope ... leads to God's Appointments.
And you my friend ... are anointed for that appointment.
