As the Ekklesia — You Have Power.
Sep 22, 2022If you are a disciple of Jesus Christ, you are a marketplace minister. Period. Jesus referred to us, His church (the people) as His Ekklesia. The marketplace is your pulpit.
The word Ekklesia is the body of Christ assembled to conduct government business. Kingdom business.
It's the greek word Jesus used to refer to His Church. Not a place — a people. His people.
"I will build my Ekklesia".
And when two or more gathered, it has the power and authority to destroy works of the devil, and to transform. Kingdom impact at scale.
Jesus mobilized the Kingdom of God through His Ekklesia.
Matthew 18:18-19 - I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth [shall have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth shall have [already] been loosed in heaven. Again I say to you, that if two believers on earth agree [that is, are of one mind, in harmony] about anything that they ask [within the will of God], it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.
When we disciple people, we disciple nations. Sheep nations. The world is being divided. Sheep vs. goats.
The world has been shaken. God has allowed our peace and prosperity to be threatened.
Why? Not to punish us, but to wake us up. His church has been asleep, not functioning in our rightful anointing.
The New Testament (first century church) operated with this anointing.
It's how the church multiplied so quickly. It's how they transformed Jerusalem and Ephesus so quickly.
Our Turn.
