A Simple Promise

1 John 5:14-15 NIV - This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.
Nothing wrong with feeling entitled. I do. Confidently entitled.
Every believer should feel entitled. Every race. Every color.
Is this entitlement — believer privilege? Sorry! Favor ain't fair. 👇
If you are not a follower of Jesus Christ, maybe you should be. Why? Because membership has its privileges.
>> This is a simple promise from God.
Let's break it down. THIS. 👇
- THIS is the remarkable degree of confidence which we as believers are ENTITLED to ...
- IF we ask ANYTHING according to HIS WILL ...
- CONSISTENT with HIS PLAN AND PURPOSE ...
- HE hears us ...
- IF we know for a fact, as indeed we do that He hears and listens to us ...
- IN WHATEVER we ask ...
- WE also KNOW with settled and absolute knowledge ...
- WE have GRANTED to us the requests which we have asked from Him ...

Haven't you read the will? What will? God's Word is His will.
Pretty simple if you ask me. Give it a try.
What do you have to lose. You have everything to gain.
Make a list. Take it to God.
Just believe.
