70% of the Workforce Have a Dream To Do Something 90% Fail At.

Mar 31, 2022

How very odd — 70% of the global workforce have a dream to do something that 90% fail at — grow a business.

But there are only 3 types of people in the entrepreneurial space ...
And only 1 type that actually succeeds. Which are you?

I've been in the entrepreneurial space for 37 years. I'm in my 7th year at my 6th business, CanaGlobal.

For the past two decades I've served two segments ...

- Small business CEOs and teams with 1-5M in revenue
- Solopreneurs trying to reach 1M in revenue

100% have flat revenue when we meet, our job is to architect a new revenue model and customer acquisition system. I love and live in these trenches.

I also lead one of the world's top faith-based entrepreneur accelerators, so this is my space.

OK, here's the 3 Types:

#1: The top 5% — We call them The Outperformers

They have developed a high-capacity to leapfrog into designed success. They are the world’s entrepreneurs, influencers and changemakers. Characteristics:

- They value time and budget it into activities which will produce a return.

- They’ve developed a giant perception of what’s possible. They dream big. They prepare big.

- They are continuous learners focused on their personal development.

#2: The 15% — We call them The Erupters

They are positive, hardworking and smart-working. They are the world’s doers. Characteristics:

- They manage life well.

- They sense a bigger purpose or dream erupting inside them.

- They spend their life, making life better for their household, at the expense of their personal dreams.

- They are searching for a way (path + method + mentor) to a better life to finally go after their dreams.

- They will become the next generation of the 5%.

#3: The 80% — We call them The Wannabes

They are lazy. They are the world’s reluctant participants. If they had a hashtag it would be #getby. Characteristics:

- They tolerate living with great pain in their lives.

- They live with regret.

- They have developed a small just-get-by mentality.

- They confuse reckless fantasy with designed-dreams.

- They wing-life unprepared for their future.

- They reject prosperity, success and abundance.

- They’ve neglected the God-planted dreams inside them.

- They do the minimum to survive.

- They are complainers and criticizers.

Which group are you in? Which group do you want to be in?

Guess which group fails?
